Sources are named
Every issue lists the outlets and public bodies it draws on, and links to the original source where it exists.

Summaries, not copies
Other sources are summarized in our own words, credited and linked. We do not reproduce their articles, photos or graphics.
- 03
Numbers are sourced or left out
We do not publish a figure we cannot attribute. Estimates are labeled as estimates.
- 04
Places, not people
Coverage of neighborhoods and suburbs is written with the Fair Housing Act in mind. We describe places, homes and the market, never who should live where. We name school districts but do not rank them.

Sponsors are labeled
Sponsored placements are marked as sponsored and kept apart from coverage. Sponsors do not review or approve stories.

The real estate connection is disclosed
The founder is a working Realtor with Real Broker NY LLC. Where a story touches a property or transaction he is involved in, the story says so.
