This notice explains what Living Rochester Suburbs collects when you use this website, why, and what you can do about it. It will be reviewed before the site launches.

What we collect

Newsletter signups. Your email address, and the page you signed up from. It is sent to beehiiv, the service that manages the newsletter list.
Contact messages. The name, email, optional phone number and message you send through the contact form, used only to reply.
Server logs. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and pages requested, kept by the hosting provider for security and reliability.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. This site does not run advertising trackers. Embedded YouTube players are not loaded until you choose to watch on YouTube.

Services we use

beehiiv (newsletter), the website host, and YouTube, Instagram and TikTok when you follow links to them. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email livingrochestersuburbs@gmail.com.

If you ask about buying or selling, your details may be used by Khem Kadariya as a licensed salesperson with Real Broker NY LLC to respond, subject to that brokerage’s own policies.
