Apply for a Free Weekly Spotlight.

Starting in October, Living Rochester Suburbs will spotlight up to five local businesses each week across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Eligible businesses are added to the spotlight queue in the order submissions are received. If there are businesses ahead of you, your feature may be scheduled for a future week.

There is no fee to participate.

Every eligible local business submission will be added to our Weekly Spotlight queue. We feature up to five businesses each week in the order submissions are received. Depending on the number of applications ahead of you, your spotlight may be scheduled for a future week. There is no fee to participate.

Who it is for

Local Rochester-area businesses, especially the ones that may not be able to pay for promotion: the neighborhood restaurant, the family shop, the studio, the nonprofit. If you are an eligible local business and submit the form properly, you join the queue.

Eligible means a real business in Greater Rochester with a complete submission. Spam, businesses outside the area and inappropriate submissions are not featured.

A separate program

The Weekly Spotlight is free, and eligible businesses are featured in the order submissions are received. The Business Spotlight is our promotional partnership, with original video and distribution agreed on a free discovery call.
